Full service law firm, Warrick & Boyn, located in downtown Elkhart, Indiana, today announced the addition of the firm’s newest partner, Andrew M. Hicks.

“Andrew works hard to develop his own practice and contribute to the firm,” said Randy Hesser, Managing Partner, Warrick & Boyn. “His focus and engagement as a Leadership Academy mentor greatly enhanced his own development. Andrew will continue to add value to the firm and provide high quality legal services to our clients.”

Hicks’ objective as an attorney is to provide a meaningful and positive impact to the lives and businesses he represents. Hicks represents a wide range of people, including small and large businesses, restaurants and public school corporations. He has significant experience handling school and alcohol licensing issues for clients.

Public Service

Hicks served as a board member and officer on numerous boards, such as Loveway, Church Community Services, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Elkhart County, and Concord Dollars for Scholars. Andrew has served on the Steering Committee for the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Academy for nine years. Andrew was chosen to be a member of the 2014 Class of Michiana’s Forty Under 40.

“As a partner, I strive for the same goals as I did as an associate,” said Hicks, “which is to build an interesting and challenging legal practice while providing quality service to my clients. I look forward to giving more service to the Elkhart community. I am honored that my colleagues here trust and believe in me enough to name me as a partner of Warrick & Boyn, and I look forward to achieving more for this firm.”

Andrew received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2002, which awarded him The Barrett Award for Trial Advocacy and was a member of Notre Dame’s National Moot Court Trial Team. In 1998, Andrew graduated magna cum laude from Saint Joseph’s College, with a B.S. group major in Mathematics-Physics and a minor in Business Management. He is active in his church, St. Thomas the Apostle. Andrew is married to his wife, Sara, and has four daughters.  Hicks joined Warrick & Boyn, LLP, in 2007 as an associate.
