Christopher Pottratz
Christopher Pottratz, partner, joined Warrick & Boyn in 2014. He advises businesses and individuals in corporate and commercial matters, including business formation, business transactions, real estate contracts, commercial litigation, employment issues, and estate and succession planning. He also advises public schools on student and teacher discipline, board governance, compliance, construction financing, and administrative issues.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University, then attended and graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis in 2013. Prior to joining Warrick & Boyn, Chris ran his own solo practice in his hometown of Danville, focusing primarily on real estate law.
Public Service
Chris currently serves as a board member for the Humane Society of Elkhart County and the Indiana Lacrosse Officials Association. He is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Elkhart and a former board member of Concord Dollars for Scholars. He also volunteers with the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Council and Pillars of Elkhart. He has volunteered as the head lacrosse coach at St. Thomas School and an instructor with Indiana Kids Election. Chris was selected as a member of the Michiana Forty Under 40 Class of 2018.
Chris and his wife, Sarah, live in Granger and are active members of St. Pius X Catholic Church.
