We assist clients in valuing and analyzing assets, and in planning for gift, estate and income taxes. We counsel clients who wish to maintain continuity of ownership and preserve assets in closely held businesses, draft wills and trusts, and probate estates.
Government Entities
We are experienced municipal and school corporate counsel and represent various governmental agencies. We represent clients before planning and zoning boards and before regulatory agencies.
Labor and Employment Relations
We advise and represent unionized and non-unionized employers in all aspects of personnel, employee relations and labor law, including discrimination claims, unfair labor practices, arbitrations, union-organizing campaigns, strikes, negotiations, wage and hour matters, immigration issues, workers’ compensation, employee terminations, personnel manuals and policies, drug testing, and health and safety concerns.
Litigation
We represent clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies, including bankruptcy and tax courts, EEOC, NLRB and other labor agencies.

School Law
