Randall G. Hesser
Randall Hesser, partner, advises businesses regarding corporate and commercial matters, including estate planning, labor relations and employment-related litigation. He also advises public school corporations regarding business operations, compliance issues, financing, construction, collective bargaining, and labor relations. Hesser has written articles on financing start-up businesses, buying real estate and drafting employee handbooks for publications including, Nation’s Business, Small Business Reports, the South Bend Tribune, and Indiana Business.
He has lectured on these and other topics to groups including the National Association of Accountants, the Michiana Chapter of the International Association of Financial Planners, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Greater Elkhart Personnel Association. He has also lectured on state planning and labor and employment law issues at seminars sponsored by the National Business Institute and Lorman Education Services.
Public Service
Hesser has served civic and charitable organizations, including the Elkhart County Board of Zoning Appeals (current Chairman), Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce, Elkhart County Council on Aging, Child Abuse Prevention Services, Youth Services Bureau, Family Services of Elkhart County, Loveway, Elkhart Community D.A.R.E., the Elkhart County Fair Board, WVPE Community Advisory Board, and the Exchange Club.
