James V. Woodsmall
Jim Woodsmall, of counsel, advises businesses regarding corporate and commercial matters, including environmental law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and federal and state securities law.
Woodsmall has published articles about environmental law including toxic waste liabilities. He has also published advice for companies going public in Shelter, Hazardous Waste Management, Small Business Reports, Indiana Business, and Elkhart Truth Business Report. He has lectured to bankers, accounting groups and various civic organizations on these and similar topics.
Public Service
Woodsmall served as President of the Elkhart Kiwanis Club and the American Lung Association of North Central Indiana. He served as the 1992 Chairman of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce.
