Year-end is fast approaching, and we wish to remind you that your Corporate Transparency Act filings are due by December 31, 2024. To file your Beneficial Ownership Report yourself, go to the FIN CEN website and select “File Your Report Now.” Then click on “BOI E-Filing” to get started. If you need assistance determining whether you qualify for an exemption or if you want us to file your report, please contact Warrick & Boyn as soon as possible. You will need to provide your corporate information and a .pdf of your driver’s license or passport in a separate file that can be uploaded to the website. Please do not put more than one (1) license or passport on one .pdf page.
Failure to comply with this requirement is a crime punishable by fines and possible jail time.
